Once you order an in-stock item, the processing and shipping will be done automatically.
Unfortunately, due to the amount of tickets we have to process, we are unable to process a request like this before it has been sent out, even if we would be up to speed a response would take 1-3 business days, which we are currently unable to make.
I see you sent us an email to our email box, to which you were sent an autoreply to reach out via our support wizard, reason for this, is via that system we are able to send out more specific autoreplies, with basic instructions tailored to your request, for instance with information on how to hold and/or cancel your order through https://hub.wooting.io without having to speak to a support member.
Regardless, even if you fail to hold it in time, we offer a 30-day return policy, but I can understand due to the low value of a small switch pack, this also isn't very economic.
Unfortunately this is as best as we can offer, bottom line is, there's also only so much we can do if a wrong item is ordered that is in stock.
