Wooting Detachable USB-C Cable Set

There should be 3 pieces of cable in there, but indeed, only 2 are used at a time, being the long straight cable as the PC side USB connector, and either the coiled cable (indeed usually the preferred piece, as this is the extra aesthetic you buy a coiled cable for), but this can be swapped with the short straight piece or these 2 can be used together of you attache the short piece with an extention cable from another system and you could swap them at the detachable part.

Thank you for your review, we're sorry to hear it's not a 5-star experience for you, but unfortunately there's not much I can think of to solve for you, the product pictures and dimensions about cable length are on the product page.
Other than being an aesthetic, high-quality upgrade of the stock cable, it doesn't offer any technical advantages and we can only guarentee it uses high quality inner cables and connectors to supply the power demand of our Hall Effect keyboards as these draw more power than conventional keyboards and low quality 3rd party cables that are (too) long can cause too much power loss, resulting in unwanted behaviour with Hall sensors.
