Great keyboard, poor experience. I'm rating the experience as a whole, because for me they're inseparable.
The Wooting 80HE is genuinely excellent hardware. No complaints about the product itself. But I paid $15 for expedited 1-3 day shipping, and the order sat in their shipping department for five days before it ever reached UPS. That resulted in an eight-day total delivery time. When I requested a refund of only the expedited fee, support declined: their policy says the expedited clock doesn't start until the carrier has the package, so Wooting's own multi-day processing delay doesn't count. I went back and forth with support on this.
It's a $15 refund on an order I was otherwise happy with, and the answer was a flat no with no escalation to management. At that point it stops being about the money and becomes about how a company treats a customer over something trivial. The hardware is great; the unwillingness to make a small thing right is why I won't be ordering again.
