Thank you for your review, sorry to hear the space bar of the keycap set did not fit on your Wooting 60HE.

The spacebar should definitely fit on our 60HE as is was specificly developed for that, so we want to look into this further. If there is an issue with a malformed part, we will replace it for you.

Could you please contact our support team via https://wooting.io/support and provide photos of the stabilizer and spacebar connectors? Also put the spacebar keycap on a flat surface to see if it's not bent or crooked in any way.

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear you've been having an issue with the delivery of your order through customs where it still seems to be stuck, something we can't really affect.

Make sure you reach to the local postal services and or customs directly as well, as there might be information missing for the import into Argentina.
I see a replacement shipping has been dispatched which is also still on its way, though that seems to have cleared customs and is still in transit in your country stating extra time is needed due to your (remote) location, hopefully this will reach you soon!
