Sorry to hear about the issues on arrival with your keyboard and the initial delay in support responses. It’s always disappointing when a unit arrives with a defect, for both you and us, but we’ve got your back with our warranty and will make sure it gets sorted.
While we usually won't be able to respond on the same day due to the volume of mails we get, looking into our records, we did reply on the 3rd day for both of your inquiries. The second reply did span a weekend, during which our support team isn’t active, which can sometimes add a bit to response times. We completely understand how that can feel frustrating, though, and we appreciate your patience while we helped resolve your support request as I see your retrun for a refund under warranty has been approved.
