Thank you for leaving a review with us, sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with the coating on your black zinc cases.
Our apologies for the delayed response when you replied to your prior ticket, I think this might have been the reason it was somehow missed as it was solved before, we'll look into this to prevent this in the future.
Unfortunately the black zinc coating has been a wider issue that we've been investigating and we're still contemplating how to best proceed for the future, for now we don't have a replacement option with which we can guarentee the issue won't happen and I see we resorted to refunding you instead for the zinc case, you could go for the black PCR version instead as there's no coating issues with that, but ofcourse it's not the exact same experience due to the lighter material.
