Sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your Wooting 60HE+. I can see you previously contacted support regarding a firmware issue, which was resolved with a factory reset, so hopefully everything is working properly on that front now.
It sounds like part of the disappointment may be related to the layout. The 60% form factor doesn’t include a physical F-row, which is a design characteristic of this model. If you prefer having dedicated function keys, models like the Wooting 80HE or Wooting Two HE may be a better fit for your needs.
When you first reached out, you were still within the 30-day return window, and that option remains available as long as the return is initiated within that period. If you’d like to proceed with a return and refund, please contact us via wooting.io/support and we’ll help you get it arranged. Just keep in mind that return shipping costs aren’t covered, but you will get your original shipping costs refunded.
