Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and sorry to hear the wrist rest wasn't comfortable for you.
While our wrist rest is made from a firmer material than some soft foam/gel cushion wristrests it should still be quite soft and comfortable to rest your palms on, but we understand that it won't suit everyone's preference. The main purpose is to provide a raised and consistent resting position rather than a heavily cushioned feeling.
Unfortunately, looking at your order, the 30-day return period expired about a month ago. You could have reached out during that period to return it for a full refund, although we also understand that with a lower-value product like the wrist rest, the return shipping costs can make that option less appealing.
Comfort is ultimately very personal, but we appreciate the feedback on the material and value and will take it into account, hopefully it will still grow on to you and you still enjoy using your Wooting.
