Sorry to hear about the long wait, we completely understand how frustrating that os. I’ve checked your shipment, and it was sent via Deutsche Post, which is the slower shipping option as it works together with local postal services and customs in South Africa rather than providing full door-to-door tracking like UPS or FedEx.
According to the latest tracking update, the first parcel has already arrived in South Africa and is marked as available for pickup with your local postal service. In many cases, this means it’s being held pending local processing, pickup notification, or customs VAT/duty handling. The Deutsche Post tracking normally links to the local postoffice.co.za tracking system, but unfortunately their system does not seem to be working correctly if I'm trying to use it: https://www.postoffice.co.za/Tools/tracktracedomestic.html
We recommend contacting your local post office directly with your tracking number, as they should be able to confirm the exact status and help arrange pickup or delivery. While the final handover and customs handling are outside of our direct control, we’ll always make sure you receive your order or help find a solution if something goes wrong.
