Wooting 60HE - Replacement parts
I have never received and answer about the warranty, after writing 2 mails and contacting you on Twitter. I am sick of chasing after an answer and will just refund the keyboard if I don't get a response soon.

I've taken a look at your support history. The last conversation was the 15th of May, you were informed on the slow shipment for a replacement part under warranty, after which there was no more reply from you.
In the end, that replacement part shipment was delivered on the 3rd of June by Deutsche Post. I could not find anymore communication after the last email we sent or a new new communication after delivery.

I had intermittent connection problems with the original shipped cable. Contacted wooting and they sent a brand new one, completely free of charge straight away. Its all working perfectly now, very happy.
they gave me my replacement really quickly and they were good
