What you’re seeing makes sense. The two replacement keycaps you received are PBT like you requested, while your original set was ABS, so there was a little mix-up there. PBT and ABS diffuse light differently, so when they’re mixed on the same keyboard, the backlighting can look noticeably different in brightness and clarity. Functionally everything is fine, but visually it can definitely stand out.
It’s also worth noting that your support request came in from a different email address, so it wasn’t automatically linked to your original order so we missed this detail as well. We’ll see what we can do to help get things looking more consistent for you.
