Looking into your case it seems you received a keycap set with a malformed backspace key, sorry for this inconvenience, while we can't 100% prevent such errors, production issues will always be covered under warranty as eventually was done with your case.
Unfortunately when you initially reached out, in February, we were indeed still in over our heads due to the volume of tickets and you got a first reply after 10 days, but were in the process of improving with additional support and automations, the good thing is we're up to speed again.
However there's also something to say for your replies taking another 10 days after that and even almost a month while we were waiting on additional details and we responded on the same day in the following mails. It's regrettable that you received a defect product, but we worked as best as we could to provide a replacement keycap for you.
According to the tracking this has been delivered some time ago, hopefully this has solved your issue and you've been enjoying your Wooting ever since.
