Shipping Policy

Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details and link to your order detail page. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can sign into your Wooting Hub account to get a summary of past orders, your address details, and latest order details and status.

Shipping and delivery estimates

  • If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next planned shipping day. Delivery will depend on your destination and chosen shipping method.
  • If your item is in backorder or pre-order, we will estimate your shipping date before you place an order.
  • You can find the latest shipping estimates on the Product Status page.
  • If you ordered multiple items including a backordered or pre-ordered item, we will ship on-stock items only by demand. If we have not reached out to you, you are advised to reach out to us by simple replying your order confirmation email or social@wooting.io.

All delivery timeframes are an estimate, the actual delivery time will depend on the item details and carrier. All estimates are based on business days, unless specified otherwise.

We ship orders every business day:

    During different periods, we increase/decrease the shipping cycles where necessary without notice.

    Free Shipping Eligibility

    Free shipping offer on cart values above mentioned values applies for order fulfilled and shipped by Wooting for the following countries:

    Inside Europe Union 

    • Cart value above: 50 EUR
      • The Netherlands
    • Cart value above: 80 EUR
      • Belgium
      • Luxembourg
      • Germany

      Outside the European Union

      At this time there is no free shipping option for shipments outside the European Union. Instead, we offer prices excluding VAT (21%) and economic or UPS Express shipping options.

        Free shipping applies to shipping fees and does not include customs, handling or tax charges of country where applicable (see heading: International shipping destinations). Not all countries are mentioned above and is only for indication. Offer is subject to change without notice.

        Shipping Methods

        We ship all our order from a 3rd part fulfillment in the Netherlands. Depending on your shipping destination, shipping times can take longer than indicated.

        Depending on your country, the following shippers are available:

        • PostNL
        • Deutsche Post
        • DHL Parcel
        • GLS
        • DPD
        • UPS Express

        Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days within Europe and 7-14 business days outside Europe.

        When shipped with PostNL or Deutsche Post, once it enters your country, you can also trace it using your local postal online services. We recommend to keep an eye on your local postal services for the most accurate information.

        Country Shipping time indication:

        • The Netherlands, 1-2 business days
        • Germany, 2-3 business days
        • United Kingdom, 2-3 business days
        • Australia, 7-14 business days

        Unsuccessful delivery

        PostNL / Deutsche Post

        Typically if the carrier isn't able to successfully deliver the order, they will hold it at their local depot up to 2 weeks. After this period, the package is sent back to our warehouse. You might not always receive a notification slip from the carrier.

        We will reach out to you if this is the case, however, we urge you to keep an eye open and reach out yourself.

        DHL Parcel / UPS Express

        Typically if the carrier isn't able to deliver they will hold the package at their depot for pickup and notify you with an email or paper slip. You can contact DHL/UPS to amend your delivery address and set a new delivery appointment.

        Undelivered packages

        When the carrier returns an undelivered package to us, a full refund including shipping charges is issued. To purchase items that were undelivered, you will need to place a new order. Please make sure your address information is correct before confirming your order and/or to notify the receiving party.

        International shipping destinations

        The Europe/International store is purposed for the European Union and International orders (outside the European Union). If you live in the United states, it's recommend to purchase from our North America store.

        We also ship to the United states and Canada from this store, but the shipping rates are different from our North America store.

        Duties & Import Taxes

        If your order shipping destination is outside the European Union. Your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or custom fees charged by the country of destination. 

        For your information, you can import tax and duty free in, up to*:

        • Australia, AUD 1000
        • New Zealand, NZD 400 
        • Switzerland, CHF 300
        • United States, USD 800

        This means up to that amount of invoice value, you will likely not need to pay any import taxes. We send all items with an invoice excluding VAT (21%).

        The prices to international customers' are excluding VAT (21%), if it's not the case, it'll update after filling in your shipping address during checkout.

        We recommend you to to contact or visit your destination country's custom office (website) for more information on import duties and taxes.

        United Kingdom (UK) Customers

        Welcome to post Brexit. Please go through the following information carefully to understand if you are applicable to import taxes and duties, or if we collect these taxes for you.

        Prices on the store include 20% VAT. When you proceed to checkout and fill in the shipping information, the store will calculate the final and correct amount.

        Goods valued below 135 GBP

        We collect UK VAT when the value of goods excluding VAT are below 135 GBP.

        The value of goods is the the order total minus shipping, software, or service costs. "Goods" are physical products we ship to you.

        You can calculate the value per item by deducting it by 20% VAT. For example:

        Wooting two HE: 158 GBP / 1.20 = 131.67 GBP

        Goods valued above 135 GBP

        When the value of goods excluding VAT are valued above 135 GBP, we do not collect VAT. The prices will be displayed excluding 20% UK VAT and you will be applicable for import taxes and duties.

        The import taxes and duties are collected by customs or a proxy (such as a courier service) when the goods are imported into the United Kingdom.

        Shipping FAQ

        When can I expect my order?

        Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including tracking number.

        Delivery will take 2 to 5 business days after the order has shipped (Europe), depending on your chosen shipping method and shipping destination.

        You can track your order shipping status in your order detail page. You can find the order detail page link in your order and shipping confirmation email.

        How can I track my order?

        Please find your order tracking number in your order detail page or on the Wooting Hub.

        Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?

        During checkout, you may select a shipping address that is different from your billing address. Please make sure that you keep the shipping and billing address within the same country to avoid any holdup.

        Can I change my shipping address?

        Your submitted order is automatically prepared by our warehouse but doesn't ship until the following "shipping day". You can still amend or cancel your shipment before the next shipping day.
