Thank you for your review and sorry to hear it was confusing that our old ONE and TWO indeed do not support our current switches.
The original Wooting ONE and TWO (non-HE) were indeed based on flaretech switches, which is a optical technology, using light to measure the press, from the TWO LE (lekker edition) and onwards we switches to using the current Hall Effect, using magnets.
Please reach out to us via https://wooting.io/support and explain your issue to us and while we don't sell the flaretech switches anymore and don't have a lot of them, if we can help you out with a couple of them to keep your ONE alive, we can see what we can do for you. Be sure to let us know how many you'd need and what type of switches are in your model (RED/linear or BLUE/clicky)
Also, if you're interested in upgrading to our current models, we offer an additional €20,- discount for owners of an original ONE or TWO to get a 60HE or 80HE so you're set for the coming years again.
