I find the keyboard extremely good. It is just perfect. Well, almost perfect, as I have two minor complaints about it. But this didn't stop me from getting 3 of them. Also, the web configuration page is very, very nice. The feel of the keyboard (I have the Zinc-Alloy casing) is just wonderful.
My two complaints are:
- The USB port at the back - the cable and the "head" stick out at the back by a lot, and it is easy to press it with something by mistake and damage the port because it is not leveled with the desk (it is a few millimeters above the surface of the desk). Only the port part gets inside the keyboard, but the "head" is visible outside. I don't know if you will understand what I mean. I have another keyboard in which the cable with the USB port and head gets inside the keyboard, and on the back side you only see a cable which is exactly leveled with the surface of the desk - even if you press it with something, you cannot do anything to the port.
- The spacebar is a bit noisy but in an unpleasant way. It is too rattling. But this depends on the room and the surface the keyboard is sitting on. As I said, I have three keyboards in different locations, and the spacebar sounds different in all three. However, in one of the locations I had to dampen the sound of the spacebar only with some foam that I bought on Amazon. It improved the situation without changing key travel distance at all. However, it was tricky to put the foam into the spacebar because the spacebar key has some internal walls, which required me to cut the foam into small pieces and push it inside to fill all gaps. It isn't perfect, but it improved the sound for me.
