Good to hear you can appreciate the comfort and quality of the wrist rest. We can definitely understand your feedback regarding attaching the wristrest to the keyboard.

It's actually something we've already addressed with the newer wrist rest design that matches the 60HE v2, which comes with a connector bridge to keep the wrist rest aligned with the keyboard. This design will also be carried forward into future releases and upgrades of existing models where possible.

When you say it’s “very annoying to move around”, do you mean it’s sliding around during use while you’re gaming or typing, or that you simply don’t like having to reposition it because it isn’t attached to the keyboard?

The silicone base is designed to keep it fairly stable, but the actual grip can vary quite a bit depending on the desk surface. For example, a desk mat usually increases stability compared to smooth surfaces like wood or melamine.

That said, we’ve also taken this kind of feedback into account for newer revisions. Starting with newer releases like the 60HEv2, we’ve introduced an updated wrist rest design with a connector bridge to be able to secure them to the keyboard. It won’t be retrofittable to older models, but it is part of our direction going forward.

Remember that if you are somehow not satisfied with any (part of) your order, you can return anything within 30 days after receiving it for a refund.
