Thank you for your review, sorry to hear you seem to be experiencing some issues with using your keyboard.
I'm unsure if I understand you correctly, but you seem to be having issues properly using multiple keypresses at the same time?
Are you able to capitalize letters at all? like [SHIFT] + any letter?
Please check what your keyboard is registering, you can visualize this with these tools:

To see if you can pinpoint what seems to be going on. Depending on the application used this can also have different results in how your keypresses are processed, but your keyboard should definitely be able to do default tasks like SHIFT+ a letter or a CTRL+ALT+DEL command.
