Also, sorry to hear your set was missing the center split key, that definitely shouldn’t happen. Please reach out to us via wooting.io/support and we’ll make sure you get the missing keycap sorted.

Regarding the split spacebar layout, we understand it’s not for everyone. The idea is to give extra flexibility, but you can always bind both split space keys to Space so it behaves exactly like a traditional spacebar in use. Physically installing a single large spacebar isn’t possible on the split layout due to different stabilizer positions, but functionally you won’t lose the normal spacebar experience if you prefer to keep it simple. And of course, the extra key is always there if you ever find a use for it later.

A bit of wobble can sometimes be related to the switches themselves, so swapping a few around might help. If you notice any keycaps that seem malformed, have cracked stems, or just aren’t fitting properly, please reach out to our support at wooting.io/support so we can check and help you out.

It seems like, unfortunately, our keycap set and your usage might not be the best match. Instead of continuing to replace keycaps, it could be worth exploring a different keycap set that might hold up better for your style of use.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, but we feel like we've did what we can in providing multiple replacements for some specific keycaps.
