Wooting 80% Black Zinc Alloy Case V2 - Replacement

The color is not pealing off its very good. The only issue is that it comes with like some dust from the factory. It is a white dust that is very very hard to remove from the case

I got this case as a replacement for my Zinc v1 case that had paint peeling. The problem is not present on this new case at all.
The finish does feel and look slightly smoother and with a smaller "grain" than the last one, but i am not bothered by this

Like the title says it hold up better than the V1, but feels different, to me it feels more smooth and less premium than the V1, but that might be just my preference

I really love the overall feel and weight of this black zinc alloy V2 case for Wooting 80. The matte finish looks amazing, and it greatly improves the typing sound compared to the stock plastic housing.

However, I found a noticeable scratch mark on the side edge of the alloy shell right out of the box. It’s a cosmetic blemish that can’t be wiped off. The mounting holes fit well and the case functions normally, but this scratch ruins the premium look of the zinc alloy.

I hope the team can help resolve this issue. Would it be possible to send a replacement shell or offer a complimentary gift as compensation? I’m still satisfied with the product and would love to keep using it.
