Great customer service from a great brand

Ive bought from wooting on several occasions and have been thoroughly impressed by everything ive gotten. This product had gotten lost in transit originally and Fara from customer services was incredibly nice and expedited the replacement to me! Customer service are our unsung heroes and I appreciate that my first interaction with wootings was so positive. Love the wooting team, keep up the great work and shout out Fara!

Alumaze case.

Solid build quality, looking forward to putting the V2 in it. Only gripe, don’t understand why they put that stupid gold thing in it. Really needs to be made w/o it, or make a replacement for it. Won’t look good in my all white build.

Thanks a lot for the review and for the continued support. Hope you’ll really enjoy upgrading to the v2 in the Alumaze case as well.

Color is and will always be super subjective, and the gold inlay is definitely a statement we chose to make. If it’s not your vibe, some people go the DIY route and refinish it in silver, black, or any color that better matches their setup, especially for clean all white builds. It's quite an easy option to spraypaint it (after removing it from the case ofcourse)

We have looked into offering additional color/material options for that inlay, but so far it hasn’t made it through, partly because it’s a fairly easy DIY change and has ended up lower on the priority list.
