I’m sorry to hear about the disappointing delivery experience. I checked your order and a tracking link should have been sent to you on 12-06-2025. Did you happen to receive that email? From what I can see, once the parcel was in the hands of Deutsche Post it seems to have taken longer than expected, and strangely enough, it even went through Spain before reaching Greece. That seems unusual but unfortunately something we can’t fully control once it’s with the courier, have you had contact with them when your parcel was still in transit with them?
I also couldn’t find a support request from you earlier, otherwise we would have looked into this much sooner. My apologies for the delay and lack of clarity. According to the tracking, the package should have been delivered some time ago. Could you confirm that you received it and that everything is in good order?
