Looking into your history a replacement was already sent after a failed first delivery attempt, but the current replacement shipment seems to also have issues with it's delivery with the courier.

I love the keypad, it has helped a lot for comfortability and improvement in osu however I have two problems with it. The first problem is that the keypad will somewhat rarely but will double click but that may just be a software problem. The second issue I have is that the little buttons sometimes get stuff if you click them with your finger going towards yourself.

-Regarding the double tapping, make sure you are using the most recent firmware version and also play around with the sensitivity settings of your actuation and rapid trigger, playing on the highest sensitivity settings can easily cause you to accidentally make actuations you do not intend, you can also visualize your keypresses using https://analog-monitor.wootility.io/, if however the keypad is actuating by itself, be sure to reach out so our technical support can assist you investigating the issue.
-The digital silicone keys are not supposed to get stuck under the case (assuming you're handling them normally),
sometimes it can be as easy as unscrewing the case, realigning it a bit a putting it back together again, which might solve some tension somewhere or maybe the buttons weren't centered correctly, but also, if this is a persistent problem, let us know, and we'll go forward for a solution.

I've got no complaints. Great software that works on your browser. The lekker switches feel nice. The rubber feet stick well on my table without slipping.
The keys feel really nice but I didn't realize it was gonna be 3 keys idk why. I can send back this and pay the difference to get a new one but I don't have a box, hopefully there's someway this can be resolved because I was really hoping to use your keyboard to play Valorant

Regardless, every order has a 30-day hassle-free return policy, so question remains, why didn't you reach out to us about this issue so you could return it and get the keyboard you wanted? Unfortunately this window has now passed and one of the requirements for a return is to have it in original condition and original product packaging, so I'm sorry, at this point there's nothing more we can do about this purchase, other than ofcourse the 4 year warranty that's on the product, so perhaps you're able to resell it with that security for the buyer, so you can get your desired model.

Very good to play with, the rapid trigger and other options definitely help, as my accuracy in Osu! has improved a lot since I started using this keyboard, I think it's also more consistent. Would defo reccomend
