Lekker switch - Linear45 (L45) v2
Comes nicely prelubed
Stem is much tighter and less rattly compared to the v1’s
Perfect tension. Not quite the same type quality as a good mechanical switch. But the hall effect switches will get better with time.
Lekker switch - Linear60 (L60) v2
I have tried several different HE switches over this past year. From stock Lekkers, to Gateron Jades, to Omnipoint switches. In my opinion, Lekker V2 switches are the best of the best that you can buy. They sound great, feel great, and are super responsive.
TLDR: 8 or 9 out of 10. Not perfect, but a big improvement over the V1 Lekkers.
For context, I'm new to keyboard modding so don't have much frame of reference, but I can make comparisons to the V1 Lekker switches I used previously and address the marketing points from the product page.
Less wobble - Key wobble hasn't been entirely eliminated, but is significantly improved over the V1s. You need to type with quite a lot of force, or deliberately wobble the keys to really notice it.
Superior sound - V2s blow the V1s out of the water here, gone is that horrible rattle and instead it's just pleasing THOCK. Your mileage may vary though, even as I'm typing this, I can hear that the first two rows of letters do not sound quite as good as the bottom row, or my function keys, or even my numpad. I'm not sure why it is specifically those keys, but maybe that's something that can be sorted with additional modding.
More lube - I've not personally inspected my switches, but the actuation does seem marginally smoother. It's subtle, but keys seem a little less sticky when trying to make fine adjustments, which helps a lot if you play driving games at all.
Glad I bought them, but also curious how they measure up to other switches.
